Boeing’s Engineering, Test, and Technology (ET&T) Human Resources (HR) organization has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support the Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) Teams at multiple US sites. Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including Experienced and Senior Level HRBPs to find the best fit for this position.

This role provides strategic HR leadership in support of organizational priorities and requires an experienced Human Resources Business Partner who demonstrates the knowledge, experience, and ability to create and deploy integrated HR initiatives. The HRBP will have a critical role in driving business value, and effective delivery of HR programs, services, and support. This position can be located in Seattle, WA, El Segundo, CA, Hazelwood or Berkeley, MO.

Position Responsibilities:

  • HRBP to a BT&E Leadership Team supporting the partnerships with Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), Boeing Defense, Safety and Security (BDS), Boeing Global Services (BGS) and ET&T programs and business units

  • Serve as a credible HR partner to build and sustain trusting relationships

  • Assist in shaping and influencing the vision, mission and culture transformation

  • Partner with business on people processes such as “Best Team & Talent Reviews” (BTTR) in support of HR strategies and initiatives

  • Develop creative solutions to complex problems

  • Collaborate with HR peers – both in the businesses and functions – to enable the organization’s HR / business strategies, and ensure the efficient delivery of HR products, tools and services

  • Collaborate and develop strong customer relationships with business leaders to drive the development and deployment of people strategies and action plans.

  • Partner with peers and business as an advisor and change agent in the rollout of HR policies, processes or programs such as performance management, salary reviews, and talent management

  • Understand and support the business environment

  • Provide effective coaching, consultation, and conflict resolution skills for all levels

  • Develop integrated HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectives

  • Analyze data and metrics to answer questions and identify future organization solutions based on trends

  • Partner with leaders on workforce strategies to attract, retain and develop employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

  • 3+ years of experience working with Data analytics

  • 1+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes

  • 1+ years of experience creating a workforce staffing strategy and building strategic pipelines

  • 1+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a role that required creative thinking and results oriented to complex problems

  • Experience utilizing strategic decision making to drive business results

  • Experience performing strategy work (e.g. market or competitive research and analysis, strategy development, and facilitating strategic decisions)

  • Experience working across teams that require strong collaboration and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with SPEEA and IAM contracts and ability to provide guidance to all levels

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range Experienced (Level 3): $81,600 - $118,450

Summary pay range Senior (Level 4): $103,700 - $150,650
