Boeing’s Information Technology & Data Analytics (IT&DA) organization is seeking an Information TechnologySenior Manager – Manufacturing and Quality in Seattle, WA or North Charleston, SC.

This position will have a specific focus on Manufacturing and Quality IT systems. The selected candidate will be responsible for critical Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) manufacturing applications such as the Common Manufacturing Execution System (CMES), Velocity, Apriso, and Quintiq.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage and integrate employee and first-level manager activities across Information Technologies including infrastructure design and administration, application analysis and design, information management, architecture, computing security, computing project support and/or process analysis

  • Develop and execute integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guide the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives

  • Acquire resources for organizational activities, provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements

  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

  • Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

  • Manage and provide developmental opportunities for employees and mid-level managers

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):         

  • 10+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership

  • 10+ years of experience working with quality and/or manufacturing data systems

  • 10+ years of experience assessing technologies for manufacturing and fabrication applications

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role leading diverse teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years of experience in Information Technology & Data Analytics (IT&DA)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $174,250 – $251,850
