While the primary work location is Seattle, Washington, this role requires regular domestic travel to remote locations affiliated with the business in the region, up to 25%.

As a Business Relationship Manager (BRM), you will act as a strategic partner to business leadership teams, embodying a culture of quality, safety, and service excellence. You will serve as the liaison between the Enterprise Services organization and our business partners, effectively communicating about facilities support activities and our overarching facilities strategy. Your role will require a deep understanding of the business partners' strategies, including production targets, new business capture, and financial objectives, and how these impact the facilities organization.

You will gather requirements from the business and collaborate with our various Centers of Expertise (COEs) to identify optimal solutions. Your ability to facilitate reviews of these solutions with business partners for approval and alignment will be crucial, as will your collaboration with the COEs to ensure successful execution of the selected options.

The BRM role is integral to the annual budget development process, where you will identify business requirements and priorities, providing this information to our GREF organization. While this position may have few to no direct reports, proficiency in leading through influence is critical. You will partner closely with the service delivery COEs to ensure that business requirements are met. You will collect strategic insights about the businesses you support and work collaboratively with Enterprise Services leadership to identify strategies for enhancing our service organization and business capability.

Collaboration in strategic and operational planning with the executive team, COE partners, and operational leadership will be critical to your success.
