The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Manager of Revenue Management, Supply Chain Finance, and Investments out of Seattle, WA or Plano, TX.  As Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading key core aspects of the Boeing Global Services Commercial (BGS-C) business and will report to the Vice President & CFO of BGS Commercial Services.

This dynamic leadership position has 4 key focus areas:

  • Revenue Management: Partner with the BGS-C Sales organization, program leaders, and various business teams to analyze and approve non-standard customer arrangements leading to over $1 Billion in annual sales.
  • Supply Chain Finance: Support the Supply Chain organization with oversight of strategic business case analysis and functional cost and budget management.
  • Investments: Work closely with the Business Development team to evaluate and coordinate the finance aspects of new business opportunities across all BGS-C businesses
  • BGS Commercial Core: Oversee budget for general BGS Commercial core and participate on the leadership teams of senior leaders in BGS Sales & Marketing and BGS Supply Chain

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage team of analysts supporting Revenue Management, Supply Chain Finance, and Investments
  • Coordinate with Boeing Commercial Airplanes on new airplane campaign issues impacting BGS
  • Lead critical analysis of BGS financial impact of new airplane deliveries
  • Lead the Non-Standard Business Approval process
  • Lead Finance support of the Business Development gated process
  • Lead Finance support of the Supply Chain leadership team on strategic organizational decisions
  • Develop and manage annual Research & Development, Internal Application Development, and Capital investment budgets
  • Develop and manage annual IT budgets for general BGS application spending
  • Oversight of cost management activities with the BGS Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain organizations
  • Participate as a member of Vice President level leadership teams for BGS Sales & Marketing and BGS Supply Chain

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience/demonstrated performance with establishing business and cross-functional partnerships
  • 5+ year of experience in a leadership role either formally or informally
  • 5+ years of experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales)
  • 5+ years of experience in financial forecasting, planning and managing a financial budget
  • 5+ years of experience with commercial and government proposal process

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Experience in revenue and proposal management
  • Experience with business case analysis (problem identification, quantitative modeling and problem solving)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $168,300 - $227,700
