The Boeing Company’s Human Resources (HR) Systems and Services organization is looking for a Workday Benefits Lead to join our team in Berkeley, MO or Seattle, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Benefits module features and enhancements.
  • Partner with HR and benefits teams to manage annual Events and day-to-day life event processes.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between Workday and third-party benefits vendors (e.g., carriers, COBRA, FSA administrators).
  • Manage eligibility rules, benefit plan setup, and related business processes in Workday.
  • Identify system defects or inefficiencies post go-live, and coordinate solutions with stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Conduct regression testing during Workday updates or when making configuration changes.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, system processes, and end-user support.
  • Stay up to date with Workday release updates, industry trends, and regulatory changes affecting benefits.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex benefit-related issues requiring technical analysis.
  • Partner with Information Technology to provide analysis of Workday feature/functionality research
  • Collaborate with Business Process Architects, HR COEs and IT to assess change impacts for incoming work requests
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Provide post-production support.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support and guidance to HR users and functional leads.
  • Provide Hypercare leadership and support for major releases of new capabilities

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • 5+ years of experience in Requirements Management
  • 5+ years of experience with requirements-based testing
  • 5+ years of experience with the Workday HR Management System

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • One or more of the following Workday Partner/Customer Certifications: Workday Benefits, Workday HCM Core, Workday Payroll, Workday Absence, Workday Compensation/Advanced Compensation, Workday Recruiting, Workday Time Tracking, , Workday Performance and Talent or Workday Adaptive Planning
  • 3+ years of experience in a role that required Project Management skills
  • Experience developing and implementing process improvements
  • Experience in design thinking, user centered design, human centered design

Pay & Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $118,150 - $159,850
