The Government Processes & Tools (GPT) organization within BGS-G Supply Chain ENABLE is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and digitally-savvy Systems Integration Specialist (Associate, and Experienced Level) for the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team. This specialist will support multiple projects that enable the Supply Chain PLAN organizations such as sustaining GOLDesp (MRO & SC), implementation of Service Parts Management/One Planning Data Layer (SPM/OnePDL); improving the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SI&OP) process; deploying SAP-Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP); after-market spare/repair parts acquisitions/orders (ACQ-RFP/CAAT); Business Transformation (process improvements); SAP Enterprise Direct Procurement (EDP); and others.  The ideal candidate will have experience with OCM frameworks and tools, effective employee and leader communications; the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; team with project partners on a geographically-dispersed team; and understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology in St Louis, MO; Mesa, AZ; Ridley Park, PA.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options:  St Louis, MO; Mesa, AZ; Ridley Park, PA.

Position Responsibilities

  • The OCM team enables users and managers to prepare for and adjust to the process and technology changes implemented by the GPT Supply Chain projects; minimizing potential negative impact deploying these four (4) pillars of success:

    • Leadership Engagement: Design and deliver strategies, plans, and tactics to ensure the business leaders can readily own the change through continuous engagement, information sharing, partnership, playbooks, etc.

    • Business Readiness & Communications: Create awareness, understanding, and commitment among the stakeholders. Identify, evaluate, and monitor progress to accept and adopt the process or technology change through continuous connections, surveys, newsletters, information stations (e.g., web portal), interviews, etc.

    • Training & Enablement: Develop training curriculum, course topics and outlines. Build training material using designated software tools and templates.

    • Organizational Design & Change Impacts: Document Current State processes and identify potential Future State solutions for optimal efficiencies and organizational strength.  Identify process and technology differences between current and future states. 

This position is not an Information Technology (IT) position.

The selected candidate we be required to periodically travel (at least quarterly) to prime US-based locations for project-specific workshops, program/project planning, and other requirements.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Cloud, TEAMS)

  • Strong Communication skills; capable of engaging with all levels of stakeholders (employees through Executives), earning their trust and gaining commitment

  • Basic SharePoint, TEAMS, and computing skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

  • 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Organizational Change Management education & previous related experience (formal or informal, e.g., Prosci, CCMP)

  • 2+ year of Supply Chain planning & execution experience, particularly demand forecasting, contracts, asset management, and/or order management

  • SAFe knowledge / certification

  • Experience with “creative software”: Adobe (e.g., InDesign); micro videos (e.g., Vyond); SAP Enable Now; Microsoft Publisher

  • General understanding of Export Control requirements for technical data

  • Web Portal and SharePoint design & management

  • Experience/knowledge with/of CAAT, COPPR, GOLD, MS2, RFP, SAP-ERP, SPM, SPO, or TAV applications; and/or SI&OP and Supply Chain functional processes

Typical Education & Experience:

Associate (Level 2)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Experienced (Level 3)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

This position does not offer relocation.  Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range for associate level: 70,550 – 102,350

Summary pay range for experienced level: 87,550 – 126,500
