Boeing Japan is looking for an intern to be based in our Tokyo office. As an intern at Boeing Japan, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with global teams and learning from our industry-leading experts. You will spend four weeks working under our sustainability lead to conduct research, analyze trends, and synthesize findings into a report that will be edited and published after the internship. You will spend two additional weeks rotating through corporate support functions to gain exposure to the broader business in Japan.

The intern will acquire:

  • An understanding of the global Boeing organization and its activities in Japan.
  • Expertise on sustainability initiatives in the aviation sector.
  • Relationship building skills for the purpose of knowledge building.
  • Clear and effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in developing and delivering presentations to regional leadership.
  • Time and resource management skills to execute a professional product.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

  • Ability to work full-time for six weeks during the 2025 calendar year.
  • Authorized to work in Japan (up to 40H/week)
  • Undergraduate, masters, or PhD students who will graduate between Oct 2025 and Jul 2027.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough, high-quality research and to translate the analysis into a professional-quality report.
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • English speaking and writing skills are essential.

Other job-related information:

This requisition is for a locally hired position. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not on Boeing US-based payroll.

Internship period:

Aug 1, 2025 (Fri) to Sep 12, 2025(Fri)

Monday-Friday/9:00-17:30 (5 days a week, full-time)

Remuneration: ¥190,000/month-

Location: Boeing Tokyo Office (on-site)

Boeing Japan Corporate 部門とは?

Boeing Japanの中で様々なコーポレート部門が在籍するTokyo Officeです。

主要事業である、ボーイングコマーシャル、ディフェンス、ボーインググローバルサービスをはじめとする部門から、サプライチェーン、コミュニケーション、サステナビリティ、ビジネスストラテジー等多くの部署が同居するオフィスです。

2025年は、サステナビリティ部門リーダーの下で4週間、調査・トレンド分析・結果のレポーティングに実際に携わっていただきます。更に2週間はBoing Japanのコーポレート部門をローテーションでサポートいただきながら、日本におけるビジネス全般について学んでいただく予定です。マルチカルチャラルな環境の中で多くの事業内容に触れられるメリットがあります。

応募資格

  • 研修期間(6週間)すべての日程にフルタイムで参加可能な方
  • 日本国内にて就業可能なVISAをお持ちの方(資格外活動許可にて長期休業中に40時間/週までの許可をお持ちの方)
  • 現在大学、大学院(修士・博士を含む)に在学中であり、2025年10月~2027年7月の期間内に卒業予定の方
  • きめ細やか、かつ高いクオリティでの分析・調査を行い、結果をレポートにまとめることに精通していること
  • Microsoft Officeツール(Word, Power Point, Teams)に精通していること
  • ビジネスレベル以上の英語力(読み書き・コミュニケーションとも)

月~金/9:00~17:30 ※週5・フルタイム

給与条件

月額190,000円~(週5フルタイムの場合/通勤交通費・昼食代を含む)
