The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Communications Security (COMSEC) Account Manager (CAM)to support Boeing Defence Australia and their portfolio of programs and development activities for a range of customers. The role is based in Amberley, QLD.

Responsibilities

  • Provision of internal customer support requirements for routine and ad hoc tasks;
  • Support all aspects of Comsec account management, administration and security;
  • Manage authorised users and access requirements, including developing and delivering briefings and training;
  • Provide technical support and subject matter expertise to customers and stakeholders.

Experience/Qualifications

  • Recent experience working in a CAM or ACAM role is essential; Completed relevant Comsec training, have experience with CARDS and be familiar with Australian Government and Defence Comsec policy, procedures and responsibilities;
  • Experience in the operation and management of various in-service COMSEC equipment is essential;
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, build trust and collaborative relationships with peers and stakeholders;
    • Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements, and be suitable to maintain or reinstate an NV2 security clearance;
    • Be conversant with Safehand procedures for movement of COMSEC Equipment.
