The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Associate Security and Fire Multi Operations Specialist to join the team in Arlington, VA

We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Badge Operator to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you’ll help ensure the security and efficiency of our operations across approximately 30 locations in the Midwest East. Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage virtual badging processes and badge fabrication for supported Midwest East locations, ensuring seamless badge delivery for employees and non-employees

  • Oversee in-person badging fabrication at our Arlington headquarters, for local Boeing sites and traveler walk-ins, ensuring a welcoming and first-time quality experience

  • Support Boeing's credentialing processes and manage account administration to maintain accurate records and compliance

  • Oversee entry point operations for purchased services at 12 Boeing locations, ensuring adherence to company security protocols

  • Coordinate entry point operations training and equipment maintenance support

  • Collaborate with Arlington events teams to coordinate advance walkthroughs and support special events, ensuring all security measures are appropriately supported

  • Participate in site inspections to comply with company policies and procedures

  • Implement, track and close Corrective Action Plans within established deadlines

  • Support initiatives and special projects that drive productivity and cost efficiencies

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience in badge operations, security operations, credentialing, or related fields

  • 1+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives

  • 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Project

  • Experience in troubleshooting basic printer issues

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with Security & Fire Protection Operations policies and procedures

  • Experience presenting skills to multiple audiences, including executive leadership

  • Experience with written and verbal communication expertise for interaction in a dynamic executive environment

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $68,850 – $93,150
