The Boeing Company’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) organization in Boeing Enterprise Security (BES) is currently seeking a Security Senior Manager to join the team in either Arlington, VA; Berkeley, MO; Chicago, IL; El Segundo, CA; Englewood, CO; Everett, WA; Kent, WA; Mesa, AZ; North Charleston, SC; Plano, TX; Ridley Park, PA; or Seal Beach, CA

As the Senior Manager of Security GRC, you will be instrumental in driving the execution of enterprise wide GRC strategic objectives and key results at The Boeing Company to build a center of excellence for implementing enterprise security policy, operationalizing a security risk management program, and optimizing a global regulatory compliance framework at scale. You will manage the Security GRC product portfolio and oversee the delivery of transformation initiatives resulting in process automation and capability enhancements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and capabilities.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Drive the execution and reporting of Security GRC strategic objectives and key results

  • Manage the Security GRC product portfolio with Agile Development Operations (ADO) work management

  • Prepare and present executive-level Security GRC report-outs

  • Lead GRC business operations integration and manage the Security GRC team

  • Develop and implement robust security and Security GRC programs

  • Drive compliance with risk management methodologies and industry best practices

  • Lead process engineering and automation initiatives

  • Oversee innovation product portfolios and service delivery

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing GRC teams

  • Experience in driving security/GRC program development and implementation

  • Experience in risk management and compliance methodologies

  • Experience in business operations and staff development

  • Experience with process engineering and automation

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Certifications such CISSP, CISM, CRISC

  • 10+ years of experience in GRC leadership

  • Experience with Agile development platforms

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $141,100 – $218,500


Export Control Requirements: This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
