The Boeing Company’s Information Technology and Data Analytics (IT&DA) is currently seeking an Information Technology Production Operations Senior Manager to join the team in Berkeley, MO; El Segundo, CA; Everett, WA; Huntington Beach, CA; Kent, WA; Long Beach, CA; Mesa, AZ; North Charleston, SC; Plano, TX; Ridley Park, PA; Seal Beach, CA; or Seattle, WA

As a senior leader, you will guide a dynamic global team of Boeing professionals and trusted suppliers, focusing on Major Incident & Problem Management, IT Monitoring, Configuration Management, and other essential services that drive our business forward.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Director, Enterprise IT Operations as a member of a global leadership team

  • Significant schedule flexibility expected to support planned and emergent on-call activities associated with operating a global enterprise

  • Drive innovation and manage supplier delivery of Enterprise Major Incident & Problem management, IT Monitoring, Configuration Management, and other business critical services

  • Manage broad executive communications responsibilities and key metrics

  • Establish an inclusive global team culture focused on quality, and rapid, delivery in support of businesses priorities

  • Exhibit enterprise-scale vision matched with persistence, resilience, and ability to execute and deliver business impacting results

  • Demonstrate excellent judgment, mature leaders, balancing principles and pragmatism, with solid decision-making skills

  • Maintain a proven track record of successfully managing and negotiating with third-party suppliers to deliver exceptional outcomes

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Operations management roles

  • 5+ years of experience managing direct-reporting employees and supplier/service providers engaged in IT Service Management delivery

  • 5+ years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

  • 5+ years of experience with communicating and data analysis, including the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for executive leadership

  • 5+ years of experience supporting planned and emergent on-call activities associated with operating a global enterprise

  • Willing to work flexible hours, including on call support as needed (including weekends and holidays)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience delivering IT Operations services for a multi-national company

  • Experience with ITIL or similar IT Service Management

  • Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management Solutions

  • Experience with IT Monitoring and observability (e.g. AppDynamics, CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry, Nagios)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $174,250 – $251,850
