Boeing is looking for an Associate Procurement Analyst (Level 2) for our Dallas, TX. facility.  The Procurement Analyst will be an integral member of the Post Award Team.  Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance. Consults with internal and external customers to resolve supplier performance issues. Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities. Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Optimizes execution of the supply chain balancing inventory, supply orders and schedule demand.

  • Manages performance and supplier/subcontractor relationships to ensure delivery, quality, financial stability and in-service performance.

  • Deploys operating authority to improve product delivery and quality performance.

  • Mitigates risks and issues.

  • Initiates supplier improvement activities and provides results.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • Experience in Supply Chain/Procurement

  • Ability to travel 10% of the time.

  • Microsoft office suite proficiency

Preferred Qualifications/Desired Skills (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

  • Experience in a role requiring strategic planning (project/program management).

  • 4+ years’ experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes.

Typical Education/Experience:

  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Relocation:  This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation.  Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: 68,000 - 92,000
