Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an opening for an Entry Level Supply Chan Specialist (Level 1) who responds to requests for quotes. Responds to post production customer supply inquiries and coordinates delivery problem resolution. Assists in the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities and capacity in our Dallas, TX location.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options:  Dallas, TX

Position Responsibilities

  • Learn and manage C-17 Repair orders from release through closeout process

  • Learn and manage program repair suppliers and coordinate program/delivery requirements

  • Learn and engage in part modifications, quotes, redirect of material and other supply chain activity

  • Learn and follow organization process and procedures; participate in review and changes

  • Learn to analyze supplier and customer data and apply to repair management

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years’ experience in Supply Chain

  • Must have good communication and work with minimal supervision

  • Experience Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher preferred (Supply Chain Management)

  • Moderate Microsoft Office Experience

Typical Education & Experience:

Related work experience, relevant military experience, or advanced degree preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

This position does not offer relocation.  Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range: 58,950 – 77,050
