We are seeking a Marketing Traffic Project Manager (IC) whose primary focus is on overseeing processes, timelines, team coordination, and on time delivery of marketing content and creative production. You’ll play a vital role in keeping the team organized and on track, driving productivity, and ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards.  This position is located in Englewood Co, Hybrid, 3 days a week in office.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Request management: Oversee intake forms and marketing requests. Works with project requestors, stakeholders, and strategists to ensure all requirements are documented and scoped before the project is accepted and creative work begins. 
  • Project prioritization: Schedules and leads kickoff and prioritization meetings with an identified review committee. 
  • Workflow management: Ensure smooth workflow and efficient resource management within the organization and administers the team’s project management tools (i.e. Teams, Robohead, Others as identified). 
  • Project planning and scoping: Develops project plans, understands goals, creates roadmaps, and timelines, while evaluating resources needed. 
  • Cross-functional team leadership: Assembling and managing cross-functional teams including, product marketers, growth marketers, designers, copywriters, and analysts, assigning tasks, and delegating responsibilities.  
  • Progress monitoring: Regularly reviewing project status, identifying potential roadblocks, and taking corrective actions to maintain project timelines.  
  • Stakeholder communication: Keeping key stakeholders informed about project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.  
  • Vendor management: Coordinating with external vendors and suppliers as needed.  
  • Reporting and analysis: Gathering data, analyzing production performance, and presenting insights to inform future production needs and process enhancements.  
  • Problem solving: Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions quickly. 
  • Process development and mapping: Evaluate current processes and workflows to optimize production of marketing content and cross-functional collaboration. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's Degree required. 
  • 5+ years of experience as a traffic manager, assistant account manager, or project manager at an in-house or external ad agency. 
  • Project management expertise: Proven ability to manage complex projects (video, web, digital, and brand collateral) from request to completion using project management methodologies, tools, and software.  
  • Workflow management platforms: Experience leveraging workflow platforms to ensure marketing execution is optimized and to drive continuous improvement of productivity.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.  
  • Leadership abilities: Ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving project goals.  
  • Problem-solving skills: Identify and resolve issues that may arise during project execution, even if they fall outside of your defined tasks. 
  • Organizational abilities: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary Pay Range: $124,950.00-$169,050.00
