Boeing Commercial Airplanes’ (BCA) Fabrication Human Resources (HR) organization is currently seeking an Experienced Human Resources Generalist to join their team in Everett, Washington. This role will be the on-site HR support for the Interiors Responsibility Center (IRC).

As a member of the Everett Site HR team, there is a tremendous chance to create a significant impact at The Boeing Company.   This is an opportunity to contribute towards supporting our teammates in delivering world class airplanes.  The position will play a key role in supporting the transformation in our production systems and the HR function’s objective to provide world class HR service and employee experience.  

Position Responsibilities:

  • Partner with IRC leadership team

  • Provide visible HR presence where our employees work to enable real time engagement and solutions

  • Contribute to the development of a culture of equity, diversity and inclusion where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery

  • Aid in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.)

  • Develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation

  • Ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives

  • Partner with leaders in support functions including Business Operations, Finance, Quality, etc.

  • Support proactive site planning for diversity strategy and communications, site lean planning, and other site-wide processes

  • Connect with HR peers and leaders on site activities

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes

  • 3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding

  • 3+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions

  • 3+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement

  • Experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Human Resources certification

  • 3+ years of experience interacting with (coaching, advising, partnering) leaders at all levels

  • 1+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives

  • 1+ years of experience leading teams either formally or informally in a Human Resources role

  • Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, high-impact communication style

The specific programs and options available to any given employee may vary depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $87,550 - $118,450


Export Control Requirements: If the successful candidate is not a “U.S. Person“ (as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 “U.S. Person” includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or asylees) and the position requires access to export-controlled data, an appropriate export authorization by the U.S. Government may be required prior to such access. Employment, and the continuity of employment of non-U.S. persons, is contingent upon the company’s ability to secure and maintain the necessary export control authorization.
