Boeing Global Services is seeking a F-15QA CLS AFE and Egress Leader who will operate in a Mission Critical fast paced environment overseeing, mentoring, and supporting Aircraft Flight Equipment and Egress components within a highly complex and multi organizational customer environment to deliver against contractual requirements and mission execution. As a successful candidate you will be embedded within an environment working alongside peers, teams and customers in dynamic and operationally focused

atmosphere. Position is located in Hazelwood, MO.

The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at AlUdeid Air Base, Doha Qatar.

This is a Long-Term Assignment to Qatar. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided. Ability to meet International assignment health requirements required. If accompanied, family must also meet international assignment health requirements.

Position Responsibilities:

  • This position requires an energetic self-starter leader with the correct aptitude and attitude that can build enduring customer relationships and has the ability to motivate and develop high performing teams within an exciting and demanding statement of work.

  • Manage the day to day maintenance operations across AFE and Egress disciplines ensuring that the Contractual, Customer, and organizational procedures and standards are complied with at all times.

  • Develop Interface with multiple stakeholders as well as internal and external functions to ensure seamless delivery of maintenance services.

  • Analyze TO’s, TCTO’s, engineering and maintenance documents to determine workflow, resources, capacity, and execution timelines

  • Ensure timely execution of all maintenance activities confirming the Customer’s aircraft are returned to service in a timely manner and to the required standard.

  • Management of cost targets and identification of cost reduction initiatives within the maintenance services environment.

  • Manpower planning, staffing, training, time management, performance management, personal development.

  • Meet training requirements for mandatory Enterprise and non-enterprise training. Promote innovation and champion continuous improvement initiatives such as Safety Culture, First Time Quality, FOD Reporting, SMS and One BPS.

  • Work with the Quality Team to address occurrences and audit findings in a timely manner. Provide oversight and approval of performance approaches, acquire resources, and maintains quality, safety, schedule, and cost plans.

  •  Represents program/organization as a prime contact on local day-to-day operations. You will act as ambassador for The Boeing Company at appropriate client organization levels (grade dependent) and will be responsible for generating full or elements of, execution solutions in line with the contractual requirements.

This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Graduate of a military life support school

  • 1+ years of experience with Aircrew Life Support on Military Fighter Aircrafts

  • 3+ years of experience in providing technical and performance oversight of aircraft maintenance or modifications, including briefing US Government Customers on status of performance

  • 1+ years of experience in a leadership or management role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years’ experience and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint and the

  • ability to learn in house systems

  • Ability to travel to domestically and/or internationally on short notice.

  • Financial/Business Acumen

  • Knowledge of AFI 21-101

  • 5+ years of experience with F-15 aircraft systems

  • Experience in leading operations efforts from cradle to grave

  • Experience in integrating multiple priorities and mission requirements simultaneously

  • Bachelor’s degree and further education preferred.

Ex-Pat Information:

  • Candidate must be able to obtain a work visa, depending on requirements of the country.

  • Candidate must be able to meet the cultural requirements of the country, as applicable

  • Employment is contingent on the candidate’s ability to satisfy all labor and immigration

  • formalities of the country.

  • Because the candidate selected will be expected to go on an international assignment, the offer will be contingent upon the candidate’s ability to obtain clearances from International Health Services and the receipt of a visa/work permit to the country in which he or she will be assigned. These contingencies also apply to any/all family members who may be relocating with the candidate.

Relocation benefits will be provided only to the international assignment.

Summary pay range: $107,950 - 146,050
