Boeing Information Technology & Data Analytics (IT&DA) is currently looking for an Infrastructure Technology Senior Manager to join their team in either Kent, WA; Berkeley, MO; Mesa, AZ; North Charleston, SC; El Segundo, CA; or Seal Beach, CA.

The selected candidate should have a well-rounded and deep understanding of enterprise infrastructure and architecture, with a focus on the unique requirements of advanced large enterprise systems. 

This important role ensures that our server infrastructure environments are adequately prepared to host software specific to a customer’s requirements, ensures that server-based sourced work statement is adequately satisfied by our vendors, and serves as Product Manager for server-based information technology services. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Product manage enterprise server operations, related business plans and budgets

  • Oversee sourced server work for the enterprise, ensuring external service providers are adequately satisfying requirements

  • Act as point of escalation for any server-related issues and general point of contact for service providers

  • Manage a team of professionals supporting various components of server operations and product management

  • Own and oversee the operation of approximately 20 server-related SOx (Sarbanes/Oxley) infrastructure controls

  • Act as responsible manager for approximately 16,000 enterprise servers worldwide

  • Own and represent requirements for approximately 2,500 servers enterprise wide

  • Oversee retained server environment support, including work to support highly secured environments

  • Maintain 7x24 availability for escalations as needed

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):      

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • 5+ years of experience in Information Technology & Data Analytics (IT&DA)

  • 5+ years of experience conducting Sarbanes-Oxley (SOx) assessments

  • 5+ years of experience in SOX, SOX audits, process improvements, and policy creation

  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing solutions (e.g. client/server, storage, network, cloud, information security concepts, etc.)

  • 5+ years of experience with computing networking/storage concepts and architectures

  • 5+ years of experience in computing equipment and its operating systems (e.g. Windows, Unix, Linux, and Open-Source Tools)

  • 5+ years of experience managing or leading the planning and execution of programs and projects

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with network security concepts and controls

  • Experience with product and vendor management

  • Experience with large budgets and contract management

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $151,300 – $218,500
