The Boeing Company is looking for a highly motivated cybersecurity professional to join our Enterprise Government Cybersecurity team as a Cybersecurity Oversight and Classified Operations Manager in Berkeley, MO.

The first line manager will lead their assigned team resulting in value-added cybersecurity risk management services to our Government programs’ classified infrastructures to meet company and business partner objectives and to protect the warfighter.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Fosters an environment for individual development, teamwork, effective performance management and open communication

  • Manages employees performing information security technical activities in accordance with policy related to the Risk Management Framework (RMF)

  • Supports efforts necessary to obtain/maintain an Authority to Operate (ATO) and inspection readiness

  • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals

  • Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of subordinates and other stakeholders and leads process improvements

  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

  • Assists and leads in the interview and selection process of new employees

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)

This position requires a successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years, or requires candidate to have been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams on large-scale technology development programs

  • 5+ of experience working with cybersecurity policies and implementation of Risk Management Framework (RMF): e.g. DAAPM, CNSSI 1253, ICD-503, JSIG, or NIST SP 800 series

  • Experience in conflict resolution and/or mediation

  • Experience in positions where meticulous attention to detail, accuracy and quality was paramount

  • Experience in leading teams and team development

  • Ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and/or Special Access Programs (SAP)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience

  • Currently hold certification in good standing to satisfy IAM Level III (CISSP, GSLC, or CISM)

  • Experience with project management in a leadership capacity

  • Experience developing and managing strong relationships with partners (internal & external) and government customers and representatives

  • Experience in cross-functional leadership, collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication

  • Experience working with a Government Agency in a compliance capacity

  • Excellent written and verbal skills with ability to communicate well with team members, customers and leadership

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $119,850 - $162,150
