The Boeing Company is looking for a highly motivated Security & Fire Protection Senior Manager to join the team in Berkeley, MO.     

Boeing’s Security & Fire Operations organization is a highly impactful and influential organization that works across all business functions within Boeing, its subsidiaries, and its security service providers to mitigate risk to Boeing’s people, property, products and information. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic leader for our security and fire operations at St. Louis, MO and accompanying areas of responsibility.   

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead Security and Fire Operations at our St. Louis Regional campuses as well as our operations located in St. Clair County, IL

  • Boeing Security Operations

  • Uniformed Security Operations  

  • Fire Operations

  • Site Security Risk Assessments

  • Aviation Security

  • Threat Management

  • Emergency Management (Incident Management Team/Crisis Management Working Group)

  • Develop and execute integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guide the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives

  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

  • Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

  • Manage, develop and motivate employees and managers

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience with Security & Fire Protection or uniformed security policies, procedures, disciplines and requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading or managing programs, organizational operations, enterprise services, and/or functional leadership

  • 3+ years of experience building a team and developing employees and managers

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a strategic business partner with strong customer support, and excellent teamwork

  • 5+ years of experience in collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication

  • Experience engaging in a partner-facing operations role to define, refine, create and sustain effective uniformed security operations and services

  • Experience with major incidents, emergencies and operations and be able to engage business partners and stakeholders effectively

  • Experience with security disciplines and processes in order to deliver services across supported campuses and programs

  • Experience in adapting to changing program priorities, deadlines, tasks, and resource limitations

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $164,900 - $223,100
