The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Security & Fire Multi Operations Specialist to join the team in Everett, WA

This specialist will be responsible for serving as the Everett Paine Field (PAE) Liaison and compliance oversight to support the internal Boeing business units and will be reporting to the Senior Manager of Boeing Enterprise Security (BES) – Enterprise K9, Bomb Appraisal Officer (BAO), and Aviation Security Operations.  

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Everett Paine Field (PAE) Liaison by processing requests, providing training, and maintaining records for both Boeing Employees and Contract Employees who require a PAE Badge

  • Create and maintain monthly metrics presentations, including regional overtime tracking

  • Act as the Site Training Coordinator for Threat Management, All Hazards, and Security Awareness programs

  • Lead and participate in site assessments (SQA, SSARA, PSQ) to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures, maintaining inspection readiness at all times

  • Oversee technology integration initiatives

  • Function as the Ethics Liaison

  • Integrate regional warehouse operations

  • Represent security as a focal point for contracts and projects

  • Conduct occasional reviews of Uniformed Security Incident Reports (USIR)

  • Participate in and occasionally lead the Everett Threat Management Team

  • Serve a member of the Incident Management Team, support site managers in ensuring compliance with company safety protocols and reporting/metrics requirements

  • Support Security Onsite Account Representative (SOAR)

  • Provide project management support for the maintenance and installation of technical operations, including video surveillance, access management, and alarm systems

  • Collaborate with Lock & Key operations for coordination efforts

  • Integrate safety into daily services and influence the safety culture within the uniformed security team

  • Support off-hour events and incidents as necessary

  • Assist with the Emergency Preparedness Program, including evacuations, drills, and planning

  • Support activities related to the Emergency Operations Center (EOC)

  • Maintain a coordinated contract security team and established procedures

  • Collaborate closely with local agencies and community partners to enhance security programs that protect people, property, and information

  • Support initiatives and special projects aimed at driving productivity and cost efficiencies

  • Develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with export control regulations and foreign visit requirements

  • Establish and implement processes for the protection of proprietary information and other sensitive/controlled data

  • Deliver excellence in customer service with agility, first-time quality, and flexibility when necessary

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with site Security and Fire Operational

  • 3+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives

  • 3+ years of experience with contract management

  • 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Project

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with auditing

  • Experience with Security & Fire Protection Operations policies and procedures

  • Experience verifying and processing invoices

  • Experience conducting Service Level Assessment (SLA) reviews with service contractors; mutually addressing service delivery issues, lessons learned, and best practices

  • Experience reviewing Uniformed Security Incident Reports (USIR)

  • Experience authoring/editing written security instructions and/or uniformed security post orders

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $102,850 – $139,150
