Boeing is hiring an Entry-Level Supply Chain Specialist in Forest Park, GA to support material and logistics operations. This role is critical in ensuring efficient supply chain operations by coordinating with external customers and internal teams, resolving inventory discrepancies, managing material receipt issues, and ensuring timely shipping compliance. The specialist will serve as a key liaison to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration to meet operational requirements.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options:  Forest Park GA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a liaison external customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and collaboration.

  • Supports the material and logistical needs for military programs across the supply chain.

  • Manages material receipt issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.

  • Analyzes inventory data to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records to support operational readiness.

  • Works with 3PL providers on inventory issues to ensure supply chain efficiency.

  • Addresses and resolves grief requirements to support seamless program operations.

  • Monitors supplier performance and relationships to ensure delivery, quality, financial stability, and in-service performance.

  • Identifies and mitigates risks and issues within the supply chain.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • Experience in Supply Chain Operations

  • Ability to travel 10% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications/Desired Skills (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 1 + years’ experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes.

Typical Education/Experience:

  • Related work experience, relevant military experience, or advanced degree preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation.  Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: 53,550 – 72,450.
