The Boeing Company is looking for two talented individuals for the positions of Mid-Level Financial Operations Analyst and Senior Material Cost Analyst based out of Hazelwood, MO.

In these positions, you’ll play a pivotal role in the financial execution of a Proprietary Development Program for Air Dominance! Both roles are integral to our financial strategy, offering unique opportunities to contribute to our success while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Mid-Level Financial Operations Analyst (Level 3)

As a Mid-Level Financial Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for the overall financial management of the program. You will support the creation and management of the program's budget baseline, analyze financial data including Earned Value Management (EVM) data, and provide insights to improve financial performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support decision-making processes

  • Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts

  • Provide and review Earned Value Management (EVM) data to identify trends in financial performance

  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities and prepare financial presentations

Senior Material Cost Analyst (Level 4)

As a Senior Material Cost Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing material and subcontractor costs.  Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in managing material budget baselines, developing cost models, tracking subcontractor performance, and providing insights to support decision-making processes.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain cost models to support budgeting and forecasting for materials

  • Manage Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics and track material budget performance

  • Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and production teams to gather insights on costs

  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management review

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location option.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in a finance related position such as Financial Analysis, Cost Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Budgeting and forecasting experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate successfully within a team environment

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $83,700 - 134,550
