Boeing Global Service is seeking an F-15 Maintenance Operations Planning Analyst – Operations Planning to assist our F-15 team at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar to develop and maintain key program metrics and processes that enable/ensure program requirements are achieved and maintained.

This position will coordinate with Program/Production/Engineering/Logistics and so on to ensure program capability/execution of requirements.

This is a Long-Term Assignment to Qatar. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided. Ability to meet international assignment health requirements required. If accompanied, family must also meet international assignment health requirements.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains fleet-wide aircraft maintenance forecasts and schedules for a specified operator and/or single aircraft type.
  • Creates and issues aircraft-specific work packages at the line and base maintenance levels.
  • Validates aircraft, parts and materials are scheduled and routed per plan.
  • Reconciles maintenance plans to accommodate operational events.
  • Monitors operational activities and aircraft on the ground maintenance events.
  • Coordinates operator recovery plans for operational disruptions due to scheduled maintenance activities.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3 or more years of experience with dashboards, reports, and key performance index (KPI)
  • 3 or more years of supporting aircraft modification/maintenance operations or aircraft build plans
  • Must be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime. Some positions may also be rotating shifts.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 or more years of experience in leading projects or programs utilizing Earned Value management and RIO management to drive program performance
  • 3 or more years of experience creating barcharts, waterfall plans, or structured plans to support aircraft operations
  • Experience working with US or foreign government agency, is desired.

  • Candidate must be able to obtain a work visa, depending on requirements of the country.
  • Candidate must be able to meet the cultural requirements of the country, as applicable.
  • Employment is contingent on the candidate’s ability to satisfy all labor and immigration formalities of the country.
  • Because the candidate selected will be expected to go on an international assignment, the offer will be contingent upon the candidate’s ability to obtain clearances from International Health Services and the receipt of a visa/work permit to the country in which he or she will be assigned. These contingencies also apply to any/all family members who may be relocating with the candidate.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $107,950 - $146,050.
