Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an OperationsProgram Analyst to join our team in Jacksonville, FL.  

The Boeing Global Services (BGS) Global Technical Operations (GTO) organization is looking for an Operations Program Analyst to join the team in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, the successful candidate will lead Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) process mapping exercises both to define the current, as-is set of processes used across the value stream and to support continuous process improvement efforts to align processes with best-in-class MRO models. This role will act as a focal point for coordinating process mapping workshop and follow-on activities, working across functions to gather input and support for workshop efforts, and communicating workshop and overall process mapping project status.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coordinate, and execute integrated process mapping requirements and deliverables
  • Maintain micro/macro schedules to ensure adequate process mapping deliverables are met
  • Manage process mapping workshop activities and continuous improvement projects, coordinating across functions including Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain
  • Collaborate with Lean and other Process Mapping teammates to document, analyze, and optimize MRO workflows, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency
  • Support business partners to define and monitor KPIs to measure the impact of process change initiatives, driving continuous improvement
  • Compare actual results to baseline plans to assess project performance, efficiencies, productivity, and lessons learned
  • Engage with end-users daily, building trust and preparing the ground for deployment and adoption of new MRO processes
  • Provide regular project status updates to the site leadership team
  • Strong technical writing skills with experience developing clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation and procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance Post Start is required.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience with Lean principles and experience with process optimization methodologies
  • 5+ years experience working in an MRO environment
  • 1+ year using Microsoft VISIO to create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and organizational diagrams to effectively visualize complex information and to support decision making

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with P-8A and/or F-18 MRO processes
  • Experience working in an Agile team environment with ADO boards and/or similar digital project management/communication tools
  • Prior experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in defining and monitoring KPIs to drive continuous improvement
  • Demonstrates high degree of self-direction, time management, and initiative

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range:$66,000 -$117,000/Annually
