Boeing Global Services (BGS is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the role as the Lead Operational Excellence Analyst position to assist our team at Boeing Jacksonville (COBJAX) in Jacksonville, Florida.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Project Integration: Coordinate and integrate projects across the Operational Excellence (OpEx) work statement, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and organizational priorities.
  • Project Implementation: Lead complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including project managers, support organizations, and senior leadership, to ensure effective communication, alignment, and support for project integration and implementation efforts.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant records. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.
  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
  • Analyzes and interprets data.
  • Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.
  • Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze processes and supports Boeing Production System problem solving, develop and document innovative solutions in support of goals.
  • Work at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.
  • Work under minimal direction.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in a role that requires teaming and collaboration skills, and ability to work well with a geographically dispersed cross-functional and matrix team.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all project integration and implementation activities.
  • Presenting data to senior level managers and customers

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in post-production environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean) is a plus.

Pay & Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $93,500 - $126,500.
