Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an E-4B Depot Integration Specialist with responsibility to lead various elements associated with the integration for depot maintenance on the E-4B aircraft to include, depot logistics preparation and execution, schedule coordination across multiple internal and external stakeholders and completion requirements for aircraft return to service. This position is located at one of the three Boeing sites: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, San Antonio, Texas or Offutt AFB, Nebraska.

This position will be part of the organization that provides sustainment and modification support to the USAF (United States Air Force) to help maintain and sustain its fleet of Boeing E-4B aircraft. 

This position will work closely with multiple Boeing, Air Force, and industry facilities across a variety of geographic locations. This position will be responsible for handling and leading all aspects of Depot integration activities, managing and reporting status and schedule, identifying and mitigating Depot risks, and serving as a communication focal point for the customer.   Furthermore, this position will provide training to and work closely with the USAF and Government customers to ensure the continued safe operation of the fleet. The position provides excellent development and growth for future program management or engineering leadership positions.  

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including: Mid-Level or Senior E-4B Depot Integration Specialist.

Position Responsibilities

  • Leads a multi-disciplined and cross geographical effort to ensure customer contractual requirements are met

  • Prepares routine communications and presentation material for dissemination to internal and external customers

  • Regularly interacts with Senior Leaders from both Boeing and the USAF

  • Develops Statements of Work and provide feedback into depot contract proposals and estimates

  • Research and validates parts, materials and support equipment

  • Provide lessons learned and improvement recommendations

  • Interprets engineering drawings and technical publications

  • Exercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignment

  • Analyzes information to evaluate reported discrepancies

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 10 or more year's related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 5+ years of experience with aircraft maintenance

  • 5+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams

  • Previous experience working within a fast-paced team environment which required strong communication skills to frequently interact with Program Leadership, internal and external customer representatives and development teams

  • Ability to travel 15% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Level 4: 10 years of higher education and/or related work experience. (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.)

  • Experience with military commercial derivatives

  • Experience engaging with Military Customers

  • Product Support/Logistics Integration experience

  • Experience working with a diverse group of people and demonstrating you will listen, seek feedback, and respond, appropriately, urgently, and respectfully

Typical Education/ Experience:

Mid-Level (Level 3):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Senior (Level 4):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Mid-Level (Level 3): $81,600 - $118,450

Summary pay range for Senior Level (Level 4): $100,300 - $146,050
