The Boeing Company’s Employee Data Governance Employee Solutions organization is seeking a skilled and detail oriented Experienced Workday Analyst to join our team in Plano, TX; Englewood, CO; Mesa, AZ; Berkeley or Hazelwood, MO. This role requires a strong focus on customer service ensuring users receive timely and accurate assistance. The Analyst will interpret and explain Human Resources (HR) business processes, involving regular collaboration with the customer and cross-functional teams, to optimize processes and support HR workforce goals.


This position is perfect for the candidate who thrives on problem solving, delivering results, and creating positive user experiences within an ever-changing environment. The ideal candidate will partner directly with customer and functional resources to provide timely and accurate resolutions to requests.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of Workday business processes, business acuity, and the ability to interpret complex data

  • Support the documentation and maintenance of desk procedures

  • Verify data accuracy to maintain system integrity and compliance

  • Perform data analysis and make recommendations that drive critical business decisions

  • Interface directly with customers via electronic, written or verbal communication to respond to HR data inquires

  • Analyze and appropriately respond to moderately complex customer requests using Service Now and Workday

  • Interpret and explains Human Resources (HR) business processes, policies and procedures to customer inquiries

  • Support flexible hours in order to satisfy customer needs when necessary

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Currently this role is remote, however we anticipate transitioning to a fully on-site work environment in the future. Candidates should be prepared to work in the office on a full-time basis once this change occurs.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with Workday

  • 3+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform

  • 3+ years of experience providing guidance regarding HR policies, procedures, processes and services

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience with the Workday HR Management System

  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing projects

Typical Education & Experience:
Typically 6 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience.  Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Shift Work:

This position is for 1st shift.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $82,450 - $119,600
