Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Procurement Analyst (Entry Level or Associate Level) to join our Global Part Solutions  team in Seattle, WA.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the development and deployment of internal/external process improvements, organization initiatives and projects/procurement activities

  • Assists with the maintenance of processes and systems

  • Utilizes procurement/planning systems to ensure planning, validation, and maintaining of all requirements for procurement analysis

  • Supports the coordination and tracking of action items and metrics, supplier management procedures for planning, procurement plans, shortage mitigation, schedule validation, self-governance, and inventory analysis

  • Measures key performance indicators

  • Extracts and analyzes data from multiple sources

  • Prepares reports

  • Reviews procurement/planning systems

  • Reviews schedules, creates plans and/or policies for execution of procurement activities

  • Coordinates schedule changes with procurement for contractual changes to purchase orders and supplier incorporation

  • Documents and participates in the implementation of lean improvements

  • Communicates project objectives and activities

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • Experience and knowledge of SAP

  • Proficient using Microsoft Office

  • Supplier management experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Microsoft Office

  • 1 + Supplier management experience

  • Bachelors degree or higher

Typical Education & Experience:

Entry Level (Level 1)

Related work experience, relevant military experience, or advanced degree preferred, but not required.

Associate Level (Level 2):

Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Shift:

This position is for 1st shift.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for entry level: 57,800 - 78,200

Summary pay range for associate level: 68,000 - 92,000
