Senior Quality Assurance - Key Personnel

Why This is an Exciting Role:

This role is critical in leading the comprehensive testing and quality assurance efforts across multiple programs under the Analytics & Production (A&P) umbrella. The individual is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and execution of software testing and verification processes, ensuring that all software products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and functionality.

Key responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders to identify and review software requirements, test objectives, and strategies. The role involves leading the design and review of detailed test plans, cases, and scenarios that align with software specifications, as well as managing the setup and configuration of test environments that closely replicate production conditions, including hardware, software, and network configurations.

In this capacity, the individual leads teams of software testers and quality assurance professionals, guiding them in the execution of test cases, identifying and reporting defects, and addressing potential vulnerabilities. The role also involves consulting on test results, providing feedback to improve software design and functionality, and ensuring that all issues are promptly resolved.
Additionally, the role includes the creation, documentation, and maintenance of test plans, procedures, metrics, and artifacts, with a strong emphasis on adherence to data privacy and security standards. The individual is also responsible for leading the development and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks, aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.

Beyond these technical responsibilities, this role serves as the primary point of contact for government and program leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all A&P programs. The individual is tasked with ensuring that all testing and quality assurance activities are well-coordinated, effectively managed, and aligned with the overall objectives of the program, driving successful project outcomes across the board.
