BGS is searching for a F-15QA Maintenance Operations Center/Plans & Scheduling/Debrief to join the team at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar.

This is a Long-Term Assignment to Qatar for a minimum of 2 years. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided. Ability to meet international assignment health requirements required. If accompanied, family must also meet international assignment health requirements.

The Maintenance Operations Center (MOC) monitors and coordinates sortie generation, maintenance production, and execution of the operations and maintenance schedules while maintaining visibility of fleet health indicators. Through coordination with maintenance units, the MOC communicates priorities for competing limited resources (such as, fuel or calibration docks, wash racks, and dispatched specialists from the maintenance squadron(s) (for example, egress) based on daily operations schedule and maintenance priorities. The exchange of information between squadrons and the MOC must be in sufficient detail to allow the MOC to comply with reporting requirements and to identify potential problems.

You are applying for a Field Operations position where our employees must be willing and able (potentially short-notice) to travel to a variety of locations (domestic and/or international) to meet our customers’ unique requirements. Field Operations employees may be required to relocate to another Field Operations location based on customer and/or management requirements. Specific contracts supported by Field Operations could require employees to perform a deployment to a US DOD contingency operation. Employees associated with these specific contracts must be able to pass military contractor health standards for deployment.

Position Responsibilities:

Maintenance Operations Center

  • Monitor the status of aircraft/systems, as directed, (through the use of electronic or manual visual aids) including ETIC, progress of FCFs, and location of each aircraft on station.
  • Monitor the status of ECM and sensor pods.
  • Verify aircraft status and ETICs with the Pro Super(s) and ensure they are properly documented in the MIS.
  • Ensure all deviations to the daily operations schedule are reviewed and accurately reported.
  • Debrief
  • Use aircraft fault reporting manuals and include fault codes when documenting discrepancies in the aircraft forms.
  • Use automated debrief tools such as the Aircrew & Maintenance Debrief System (AMDS)
  • Check AFTO Form 781H, Aerospace Vehicle Flight Status and Maintenance, to ensure updates to airframe time and applicable servicing data (in-flight/hot pit refueling) are entered on the AFTO Form 781H or equivalent and/or applicable debrief system during the pilot/aircrew debrief.
  • Utilize Maintenance Information System to identify and research discrepancies for repeat/recur trends and document them accordingly on the AFTO Form 781A.


Plans and Scheduling

  • Maintain historical documents and maintenance data essential for the development of wing plans, schedules, and analysis of historical maintenance events.
  • Maintain historical maintenance data within the MIS.
  • Develop maintenance plans using MIS aircraft/system historical data input by all maintenance personnel.
  • Notify the CLS Site Manager of fleet health and management issues that may jeopardize mission success.
  • Attend and actively participate in daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling, and quarterly and yearly planning programs and meetings.
  • Manage TCTOs, TCIs, and SIs (including installed engine inspections) for aircraft assigned.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite starting in Hazelwood, Missouri and transferring to Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar.

This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience with Maintenance Operations, plans and scheduling, and/ or debrief
  • Must be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime. Some positions may also be rotating shifts

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience using Maintenance Information Systems
  • Experience using Aircrew and Maintenance Debrief systems

Ex-Pat Information:

  • Candidate must be able to obtain a work visa, depending on requirements of the country.
  • Candidate must be able to meet the cultural requirements of the country, as applicable.
  • Employment is contingent on the candidate’s ability to satisfy all labor and immigration formalities of the country.
  • Because the candidate selected will be expected to go on an international assignment, the offer will be contingent upon the candidate’s ability to obtain clearances from International Health Services and the receipt of a visa/work permit to the country in which he or she will be assigned. These contingencies also apply to any/all family members who may be relocating with the candidate.

Typical Education/ Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years of related work experience, 14 years of related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:
Relocation benefits will be provided only to the international assignment.

This position is for variable shift.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $78,200 - $105,800.
