Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking an Experienced Fleet Program Manager (Level 3) to join their Business Support Services team in Seattle, Washington; Everett, Washington; or Seal Beach, California!

This role requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, business policies, processes and efficiencies to operate as One Boeing Supply Chain. The Statement of Work includes standard Supply Chain Management functions, data analysis, forecasting, supply and/or demand troubleshooting, and additional duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure Supply Chain support for Service Relation Problem (SRP) statement of work (SOW)

  • Serve as primary Supply Chain focal for SRPs, providing support to SRP manager

  • Coordinate/collaborate with production and in-service procurement agents, supply chain managers, and supply chain leadership to ensure support for each SRP as needed

  • Serve as Supply Chain (SC) focal for proactive airline customer engagement

  • Coordinate/collaborate with procurement agents, SC managers, SC leadership, and other organizations to ensure timely completion of customer actions

  • Establish relationships and lead the customer engagement SOW between In Service Supplier Support and key Airline Customers

  • Support the Fleet Chief's Office, Service Engineering, Field Service, and Airline Support Account Managers

  • Work actions, issues, and concerns identified by customer-facing organizations

  • Take ownership and drive resolution on top, supplier fleet issues as required - Employ program and project management best practices to support

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations

  • 3+ years of experience using all of the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • 3+ years of experience assessing and evaluating risk

  • 3+ years of experience supporting both internal and external customers across multiple disciplines

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years Supply Chain Experience with a focus on project management and customer support

Typical Education/ Experience:

Typically, 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
