The” Boeing Return Flight Program” is a return ship program designed for talented professionals looking to relaunch their professional journey after an extended career break and or absence from the workforce. Learn more at boeing.com/returnflight.

Boeing Japan is opening for Returner who are willing to come back to full time job from career break regarding childcare, family care, study, etc.
The selected candidate for this program will have additional support for coming back to full time job from company. (Like additional training, or mentoring system)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

  • Must have had a continuous or combined break in employment lasting at least 12 months.
  • (For whom willing to back to full time job and in career break currently)
  • Mid-career level of professional experience prior to the break.
  • Previous experience relevant to our areas of business, include but are not limited to: IT/software, project management, systems engineering and management, design, supply management, research, quality management, procurement, business operations, and bid writing. (See individual roles for specific skill requirements.)
  • Fluency in English and Japanese

The selected candidate will be required to work on-site (with some flex) at Boeing Japan office.
