The Integrated Logistics Support and Sustainment team is seeking a Senior Support Integration Specialist for the P-8 program.  This role will focus on the development, integration, and management of aircraft lifecycle support activities in service of multiple domestic and international customers.

This position places a heavy emphasis on business case analysis, creative problem-solving, and frequent interactions with customers, internal stakeholders, and technical subject matter experts to provide the best possible holistic support solutions for our customers.  Enthusiasm, a strong collaborative drive, working knowledge of project management principles, and independent decision-making skills are highly desired.

The P-8 is a 737 derivative platform.  Prior experience in fleet support or project management for commercial derivatives or BCA products is preferred.  The successful candidate will support the P-8 Domestic & International Programs.

In this role, you will establish support requirements and definitions, statement of work break-down, reports, master schedule, program implementation and integrations plans.  You will coordinate and gather data for estimates in support of proposal activities.  This position develops processes and coordinates activities to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and current.  You will conduct presentations, status reviews, and monitors execution of support programs.  As well, you will review program and engineering change proposals and assesses product support impact.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develops, integrates and manages product/program lifecycle support activities to include support system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, support equipment and facilities
  • Establishes support requirement definitions and statement of work development
  • Develops program implementation/integration plans and schedules and applies this information in a way that contributes to the organizations strategic plan and bottom line
  • Reviews program and engineering change proposals and assesses sustainment impact
  • Coordinates and gathers data for estimates in support of proposal activities
  • Develops support program plans and schedules, validates standard deliverables and supports trade studies for platform subsystems
  • Researches, documents and provides technical information and supports the establishment of processes to develop and maintain support products, engineering data and integrated support infrastructure
  • Knowledgeable of how the business and organization operates; knowledgeable of policies, practices, trends, and information affecting the business and organization; understands the competition and the marketplace
  • Develops and maintains positive working relationships with external customers, internal cross-functional stakeholders, organizational leadership, and peers
  • Participates in determining objectives of assignment; plans, schedules, and arranges own activities to accomplish those objectives
  • Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems referring to established precedents and policies
  • Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization
  • Perform detailed task card analysis of Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) scheduled maintenance requirements to assist customers with support equipment, materials, and scheduling
  • Perform Bill of Materials (BOM) analysis using IETM, REDARS, MyBoeingFleet, Product Standards, and Supply Chain tools.  Validate parts effectivity to aircraft and identify materials affected by obsolescence and configuration changes
  • Represents organization as a prime contact on contracts or projects
  • Makes customers and their needs a primary focus of one's actions

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Tukwila, Washington.   

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years experience working with engineering and technical Data for KC-46, VC-25B, P8 or Commercial 767, 747, 737 or comparable commercial derivative aircraft platform
  • 3+ years of experience with U.S. Military or international government aviation and experience partnering with government customers to deliver services and products

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years’ experience with integrating cross functional team
  • 5+ years’ supporting Military/Defense customers
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Support/Logistics Integration
  • Active US Security Clearance

Typical Education / Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary Pay Range: $115,600 - $156,400
