Project Coordinator

Why This is an Exciting Role:

As a Project Coordinator at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics, you will be responsible for developing and implementing staffing plans across multiple programs and applications, collaborating with Program Managers and stakeholders to align staffing plans with their requirements, and monitoring staffing metrics to identify areas of improvement. In addition to staffing duties, you will coordinate with the finance and contract team to ensure budget and compliance alignment, work closely with current employees to address their needs, and assist with customer-provided tasks and deadlines. This role offers a unique opportunity to proactively address potential talent gaps through regular workforce planning assessments and to assist in business development and contract opportunities from a staffing perspective.

Experience and Qualifications:

To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:

Required Education and Years of Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field
  • Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • May substitute relevant experience for relevant education.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
  • Work in office is required, but hours are flexible.
  • Great communication skills (written and oral).
  • Experience in any Data Management System (Excel, Quickbase, etc)
  • Experience writing requisitions
  • Experience reviewing candidates

Desired Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI with Poly clearance
  • Knowledge of security clearance process, to assist employees.
  • Previous Taleo experience

Summary Pay Range:

Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Level 1 (Bachelor's degree): $65,000 - $80,000

Level 2 (Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience): $80,000 - $95,000
