Boeing is currently looking for a Channel Manager to join their team in Englewood, CO. This position will focus on supporting Boeing Digital Services with Customer Self Service for a global customer base.

A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration, as this position will focus on working within a cross functional to implement support customer-centric strategies and helping to enable the department to meet their organizational goals through influence, prioritization and feature writing.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Researches and analyzes the market, the users and the roadmap of the Service portal.
  • Stay up to date with latest digital channel trends for Service and Support.
  • Identify opportunities to increase self service or additional value on the channel.
  • Measure, analyze and communicate channel performance.
  • Analyzes regular metrics, KPIs and site trends to identify new capabilities or improvement areas for the site.
  • Drafts key objectives and results, strategies that apply to the data for the product to make better business decisions.
  • Coordinate and actively participate in campaigns with Marketing teams to increase channel awareness.
  • Develops and maintain a prioritized backlog of features and epics for the product team. 
  • Collaborates with Support agents, Customer Success, Client Management, Customers and the product team to identify concerns and potential issues included new approaches to meet the business and customer needs.
  • Acts as a point of escalation for issues or challenges encountered by Support agents.  Capable of effectively communicating and de-escalating issues with impacted parties.
  • Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience.
  • Assists in including UAT coordination for new feature releases.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.  This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. Tomeet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.“U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience as Channel or Product Manager
Experience managing a project backlog and writing features.


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience with Salesforce or another CRM

Experience with Service and Support a plus
Aviation experience a plus

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.). preferred but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range: $118,150.00–$159,850.00
