The Boeing Company is seeking motivated and talented Propulsion Certification Integration Engineers to join the team in Everett, WA.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Associate, Mid – Level and Senior 777-9 Propulsion Certification Integration Engineer

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Certification Integration Focal (CIT) for the 777-9 Propulsion IPT to the 777-9 Program.

  • Interfaces with 777-9 Program and Reg. Admin on all certification related requests on the 777-9 Propulsion IPT.

  • Integrates across all the commodities within the 777-9 Propulsion IPT on certification related tasks

  • Lead, assigns and drives to closure all certification related actions items.

  • Attends all Program level and IPT level certification related meetings.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering or Aerospace related field, from an ABET accredited program

  • 1 or more years of Aerospace Engineering experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with certification process, FAA/EASA regulations and Reg. Admin is preferred.

  • Possess good general knowledge of Propulsion commodities (Engine/Fuels/Nacelle/APU).

  • Requires exceptional project and time management skills;

  • Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple projects in support of key milestones and aircraft schedules

  • Able to coordinate various commodities within the Propulsion IPT to ensure an integrated response to certification related tasks. 

  • 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Typical Education/Experience:

Associate (Level 2):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Mid-Level (Level 3):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Senior (Level 4):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range Associate: $81,600 - $110,400

Summary pay range Mid - Level: $100,300 - $135,700

Summary pay range Senior: $121,550 - $164,450
