Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Experienced Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist – Compliance & Visibility (level 3) to support the support change incorporation plans related to the 767 and 777 Airplane Programs in Everett, Washington!

In this role, the employee will be responsible for integrating program plans and schedules both horizontally and vertically. They will also support program initiatives to ensure compliance and visibility of change-related activities. Additionally, the employee will perform project management activities to drive project completion and produce project visibility artifacts that will be shared with Program Leadership. Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders will be essential in order to achieve project completion. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing Change Approval processes, requirements, and thresholds. Furthermore, they will produce metrics for plans and schedules for moderately complex projects, programs, and change activities across the lifecycle of a program. The ability to perform studies/analysis and planning efforts within and/or across programs/projects is also required.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support program initiatives to provide compliance and visibility to change-related activities.

  • Perform Project Management activities to achieve project completion.

  • Produce project visibility artifacts that are shared with Program Leadership.

  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to drive project completion.

  • Manage Change Approval processes, requirements, and thresholds.

  • Produces metrics for plans and schedules for moderately complex projects, programs, and change activities across the lifecycle of a program.

  • Performs studies/analysis and planning efforts, within and/or across programs/projects.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in managing project schedules and managing programs and projects

  • 3+ years of experience working with databases, data collection and preparation, and data interpretation

  • 3+ years of experience performing in a finance, scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, business support services, program management, project management or business operations role

  • 3+ years of experience in using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Experience using Integrated Scheduling tools

  • Experience with program oversight, project management tools & metrics reporting

  • Experience working on airplane programs or supporting the production system.

  • Familiarity with sustainability concepts

  • Project Management Certificate or Training

Typical Education/Experience: 

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Summary pay range: $93,500 - $101,000
