Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-Level Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 3) to join the Business Analyst team supporting Change Incorp & Refurb (CI&R) based out of Everett, Washington.

A successful candidate for this position will have strong attention to detail and be able to develop and maintain relationships with customers, collaborators, peers, and partners.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.

  • Analyzes and interprets data.

  • Provides feedback on assessment results.

  • Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.

  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.

  • Works under general direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in data management and/or configuration management and processing.

  • 3+ years of experience with senior level communication including presentation development and report outs.

  • 3+ years of experience producing both written and verbal technical communication.

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Able to work 2nd shift.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis.

  • 1+ years of experience working in a team-based environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary Pay Range: $90,000 - $110,000
