Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-Level or Senior In Service Supply Chain Procurement Analyst (Level 3 or 4) to join our In-Service Supply Chain – Stability and Initiatives team in Everett, Washington, Seattle, Washington or Seal Beach, California!

The Procurement Analyst’s statement of work includes a variety of Supply Chain functions, including, but not limited to data analysis management and reporting, driving and ensuring completion of critical team action items, oversight and facilitation of team meetings, collaboration and coordination with internal team and other stakeholders throughout Supply Chain and beyond, development of tools to improve team productivity, support of the leadership team and additional duties as assigned. Position Responsibilities:   

  • You will provide direct support to BCA Supply Chain for procurement requirements for access, distribution, exchange and receipt of engineering data utilized by the BCA supplier base.

  •  Defines, designs, plans and deploys internal/external projects.

  • Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.

  • Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan. Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals.

  • Supports the development and implementation of strategies.

  • Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows.

  • Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and analysis. Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders. Develops risk mitigation plan.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher. 

Typical Education/Experience:

Mid-Level (Level 3):

Typically, 6 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Senior (Level 4):

Typically, 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range:

(Level 3) $81,600- $110,400

(Level 4) $100,300-$135,700
