Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Procurement Agent (Level 4) to join the 777X Supply Chain Development Program team in Everett, Washington.

The procurement agent will support 777-9 and 777-8F program execution including development of work packages, flight test, supplier qualifications and certification activities through entry into service (EIS) milestones.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibility is the integrator between the Program, IPTs, engineering, Supply Chain, and other cross functional teams. 

  • Responsible for project management and effective collaborative activities between Program leadership, Engineering, and Supply Chain. 

  • Ensure teams and suppliers are supporting schedule commitments that support 777-9 and 777-8F certification requirements.

  • Identifies risks and develops mitigation strategies between Supply Chain, engineering, and supplier.

  • Develops relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, leaders, and cross functional teams.

  • Opportunities include autonomy, leading cross functional teams or projects, program and leadership visibility, and enhancing your network.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes

  • 5+ years of experience in cross-functional leadership, collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships, and proficiency in written/verbal communication

  • 5+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and executive leadership

  • 5+ years of experience strategic thinking and leadership skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of supply chain production readiness

  • 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 10+ years of experience with experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes

  • 10+ years of experience in working with cross-functional teams

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

Typical Education/ Experience:

Typically, 10 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range:  $108,000 - $132,000
