We are rapidly growing our Engineering presence in Poland, building engineering teams to work across all of our commercial products and services. The work will support Boeing’s full suite of commercial aircraft and covers modification work, retrofit, new design and product support. Boeing Poland is looking for students for paid summer internship in Gdansk or Rzeszów for July, August, September (internship is located in Gdansk or Rzeszow).

This position offers sponsored relocation within Poland to Gdansk/Rzeszów.

Profile Description:

  • Receive technical guidance and mentorship as you learn products, systems and approaches and launch your career in aerospace.

  • Supports and/or creates and provides basic technical documentation.

  • Receive basic Boeing technical trainings.

  • To support the team with available specialization such as Manufacturing Engineering, Customer Support, Design Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Structures Engineering.

  • Work under a lead to support timely delivery of engineering release deliverables.

  • Support team performance by participating in process/tool improvement projects.

  • Assists with producibility assessments for part or product designs.

  • Be inquisitive, pro-actively seek information and assist to complete the work statements

Basic requirements:

  • BA or MA student, or recent graduate of aviation, mechanical or production engineering - related studies.

  • Must be legally able to work in Poland.

  • Solid communicator, fluent in both written and verbal English.

  • Curious; proactive approach to learning and development with a passion for aerospace and aviation.

  • Basic knowledges of material coatings and finishes.

  • Material science basic knowledge.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience of using CAD systems.

  • Excellent oral & written communication.

  • Experience effectively communicating and collaborating on multi-discipline teams.

On Saturday, 12 March 2022, the President of the Republic of Poland signed a law to assist citizens of Ukraine in connection with the armed conflict in that country. As part of this law, Ukrainian refugees in Poland benefit from access to the Polish labor market.  Boeing welcomes applications from Ukrainian refugees who are seeking employment in Poland.
