Boeing Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS) is seeking a Product & Services Program Manager in Gothenburg, Sweden. DAS offers more than 80 digital solutions that save customers time, money, and resources in every phase of flight. These software and data analytics powered solutions help customers navigate and operate more efficiently, reduce fuel consumption, optimize crew utilization, minimize disruption impact and increase asset availability. 

As the Product & Service Program Manager, you are a part of the Flight Operations team within the commercial aviation line of business for DAS and report to the Business Line Director of Flight Operations. Your priority is to support our mission to integrate world-class analytics, software, and services into digital solutions that drive value for our airline customers. You are responsible for developing team talent and fostering a productive work environment to deliver high-value, disruptive outcomes for customers.

A successful candidate has strong leadership skills, an ability to nurture cross-cultural relationships, and experience delivering best-in-class digital products and services in the commercial aviation industry. A deep familiarity with Jeppesen’s Digital Airline Planning and Digital Airline Operations products (e.g. crew pairing and rostering, crew tracking, flight planning, etc…) is preferred.

Position Responsibilities:
•    Defines the product and service strategy for Flight Operations. 
•    Leads a team of product managers and service offer managers to deliver SaaS components.
•    Focuses on the modernization, innovation, and rationalization of legacy product and service offerings to gain market share. 
•    Influences and motivates line of business stakeholders and contributors. 
•    Coordinate the effective deployment of Boeing resources to ensure the success of Flight Operations business lines. 
•    Establishes key metrics to track the success of products and services. 
•    Partners with service execution to deliver on SaaS services defined by this position.
•    Engages with key stakeholders and manages internal partnerships with organizations across the Boeing enterprise. 


This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate are required to perform some work onsite in one of the posted locations. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):  
•    15+ years of IT industry and/or Aviation industry experience
•    10+ years of product management or solution management experience
•    5+ years of experience managing and leading geographically distributed teams
•    Experience in sales and/or customer engagement
•    Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to manage, develop, and motivate teams.
•    Experience formulating and implementing comprehensive business strategies that align with organizational objectives.
•    Strong business acumen, including a keen understanding of how a business line operates.
•    A visionary leader with proven experience in understanding customer needs, translating them into whole offer requirements, fostering strong relationships, leveraging feedback for strategic decisions, and adept at adapting to changes in technology, markets, and customer preferences.
•    Professional demeanor with demonstrated ability to interact and lead diverse teams.
•    Fluency in both written and spoken English
•    Travel will be required and is estimated to be at 10-20%
•    Must have flexible work hours as you will be meeting with stakeholders in multiple regions


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
•    Proven track record in a similar role managing high-tech solutions, including experience managing a portfolio of high-tech solutions in B2B, B2C, and/or B2G markets.
•    Deep familiarity with high-tech solutions, including experience with various business models, pricing approaches, and contracting arrangements.
•    Aviation industry experience is highly desired. Airline planning domain experience is ideal. 
•    Product and services pricing experience
•    Familiarity with Boeing’s Digital Airline Planning products and services 
•    Bachelor degree or higher


Typical Education & Experience: 
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.).


Relocation:
This position does not offer relocation.  Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
