Boeing is currently looking for a JuniorEngineering Operations Specialist, the job is available in Kyiv, Ukraine.

The work place is designated for employment of people with disabilities.

In the role you will be:

  • Providing administrative support to the business unit.

  • Data collection, analysis and preparation of centralized reporting on Boeing Design Center business activities submitted to leadership and to the customers, including reporting on the quality and schedule performance of work.

  • Providing general coordination of activities of the business unit.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support to the management of business unit and general coordination of the activities:

  • Assists in compiling data from various sources, preparation of wide variety of spreadsheet tasks including regular reports, chats on Boeing Design Center business activities, summaries, tables, statements, etc. to the leadership of Boeing Design Center/ Boeing Commercial Airplanes.

  • Summarizes and reviews documentation and assists in development of informational or technical materials/internal procedures

  • Assists in development, planning and execution of the employee engagement events related to employee satisfaction and morale improvement, maintaining of Intranet pages of the business unit.

  • Assists in organization and coordination of business meetings per business unit’s management guidance.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Existing authorization to work in Ukraine.

  • Good working knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc).

  • Work experience in administrative position  at least 1 year.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Higher education is desirable, not required.

  • Good command of Ukrainian, written as well as spoken.

  • Good knowledge of English (pre- intermediate level as a minimum).

  • Good communications skills.

  • Good analytical skills.
