Are you ready to advance your procurement skills? Look no further than the Boeing Company's Enterprise Services' Indirect Supply Chain team! They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Procurement Agent to join their team in North Charleston, SC, Seattle, WA, or Mesa, AZ.

As a Senior Procurement Agent, you will be an integral part of the ISC Factory Production & Site Services (FP&SS) - Consumables Team. This team plays a crucial role in procuring consumable items that are essential for supporting production and facilities services. From ensuring a steady supply of materials to optimizing cost and quality, you will be at the forefront of driving efficiency and success.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance

  • Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions

  • Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements

  • Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities

  • Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions.

  • Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate may be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.  This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future. 

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. Tomeet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience leading supplier terms & conditions and price negotiations

  • 5+ years of experience in contracts and supplier performance

  • 5+ years of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Typical Education/Experience: 

Typically, 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Shift:

This position is for 1st shift.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $95,200 – $138,000.
