Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-Level Staff Analyst (Level 3) to join the Fabrication Skin & Spar team based out of Puyallup, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives.

  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.

  • Develops, coordinates, and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.

  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.

  • Delivers informational or technical materials.

  • Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.

  • Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.

  • Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.

  • Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.

  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.

  • Develops and deploys localized training content.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Puyallup, Washington.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience developing and/or maintaining integrated schedules

  • 1+ years of experience working in a cross-functional environment, with broad experience working with all business levels from individual contributors to executive-level leaders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Ideal candidates will be a tenacious self-starter who takes initiative across all assignment

  • Candidates should possess strong written and oral communication, organizational and time management skills, interpersonal people skills, basic project management skills, and a strong customer mindset 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook are a requirement

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary pay range: $79,000.00 - $86,000.00
