Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior 787 Fleet Program Manager (Level 4) to join our In-Service Supply Chain team in Everett, Washington, Seattle, Washington or Seal Beach, California!

The Fleet Program Manager plays a pivotal role in managing, integrating and improving Boeing's supply chain. As a Fleet Program Manager, your responsibilities will focus on ensuring supply chain support to the Boeing 787 fleet.

This role requires Supply Chain operational knowledge in support of the 787 Fleet. Your primary duties include maintaining relationships with external Suppliers and internal collaborators, leading supplier recoveries, and 787 airline support. In this role, you will be the primary contact with the supplier(s) and will maintain part operations support within approved BCA Supply Chain policies and procedures.

Position Responsibilities:   

  • Provides oversight and management of 787 supply chain top fleet issues

  • Leads planning of part support and reliability between 787 operators and suppliers

  • Spearheads supplier recoveries to ensure fleet support

  • Integrates with Production Supply Chain to review total demand requirements

  • Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience managing high visibility project plans

  • 3+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts

  • 3+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):  

  • 3+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans

  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management

  • 5+ years of experience with Supply Chain Contracts, Operations, or Finance, or a combination thereof

  • 5 + years of experience in any of the following areas: Structures, Raw Materials, Systems, Interiors, Propulsion or Indirect Supply Chain

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically, 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required. 

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range Everett, Washington: $108,000 - $132,000

Summary pay range Seattle, Washington: $108,000 - $132,000

Summary pay range Seal Beach, California: $108,000 - $132,000
