インターンシップの概要

Boeing Japanでは、学生の皆様へインターンシッププログラムを実施することを決定いたしました。

当プログラムでは、対象の部門にて実際に1~2ヵ月程度のインターンシップを実施いたします。実際のプロジェクトにアサインされ、実業務を先輩と一緒になり経験いただくことで、Boeingのカルチャーや仕事内容、今後のキャリアについての理解を深めていただけます。グローバルな環境かつ、様々なバックグラウンドを持つ先輩方との業務を通じて、是非他では得られない経験をBoeingのインターンシップで体感してください。

Boeing Japan Corporate 部門とは?

Boeing Japanの中で様々なコーポレート部門が在籍するTokyo Officeです。

主要事業である、ボーイングコマーシャル、ディフェンス、ボーインググローバルサービスをはじめとする部門から、サプライチェーン、コミュニケーション、ビジネスストラテジー等多くの部署が同居するオフィスです。

2024年は、サステナビリティ部門をメインとし(4週間を予定)、政府関連部門、ディフェンス、複数のコーポレート部門でのローテーションを予定しております(部門の選択はできかねます。詳細は面接時にお伝えいたします)

応募資格

  • 研修期間すべての日程にフルタイムで参加可能な方
  • 日本国内にて就業可能なVISAをお持ちの方(資格外活動許可にて長期休業中に40時間/週までの許可をお持ちの方)
  • 現在大学、大学院(修士・博士を含む)に在学中であり、2024年10月~2026年7月の期間内に卒業予定の方
  • Microsoft Officeツールを問題なく使いこなせること
  • ビジネスレベル以上の英語力(読み書き・コミュニケーションとも)

2024年8月1日(木)~2024年9月13日(金)

月~金/9:00~17:30 ※週5・フルタイム

給与条件

月額190,000円~(週5フルタイムの場合/通勤交通費・昼食代を含む)

Boeing Japan is looking for an Intern to be based in our Tokyo office. As an intern at Boeing Japan, you’ll gain hands-on experience, learn from experts, and collaborate with teams that do truly amazing things.

You will rotate through several departments and functions: Sustainability (four weeks); Government Affairs, some corporate divisions; Boeing Defense, Space and Security, (two weeks). You will not be able to select the organization and the above list may be subject to change.)

The intern will be able to acquire the following skills:

  • Ability to develop Boeing organization.
  • Clear and effective communication with internal stakeholders and external customer, and partners.
  • Proficiency in developing presentation material for leadership reviews, including project plans with timelines.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

  • Ability to work full-time for 1-2 months during the 2024 calendar year.
  • Authorized to work in Japan (up to 40H/week)
  • Undergraduate, master or PhD students who will graduate between Oct 2024 and Jul 2026.
  • Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma is plus
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project or similar project management tools.
  • English speaking and writing skills are essential.

Monday-Friday/9:00-17:30 (5 days a week, full-time)

Remuneration: ¥190,000/month-

Location: Tokyo, Japan (on-site)
