Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Business Operations & Integration Manager (Level K) in Plano, TX or Seattle, WA to support the Parts & Distribution organization, managing employees performing business operations and integration activities. Create and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures and set operational goals. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with internal stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Manage, develop and motivate employees.  Model the Service Champion attributes of Boeing Global Services, serve as a trusted advisor and partner with deep commitment to the customer and deliver business outcomes. Champion change and digital adoption to drive functional excellence.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options:  Plano, TX; Seattle, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops and uses collaborative relationships within and outside the organization to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals. Builds rapport and trust among stakeholders and leverages the organization's dynamics to promote program goals by focusing on a shared vision.

  • Understands how to accomplish tasks through formal channels and informal network; understands the cultures of organizations. Applies this information in a way that contributes to the organizations strategic plan and bottom line.

  • Streamline and optimize business processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.

  • Identify gaps/barriers and implement solutions to ensure smooth workflow enabling execution of business objectives

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement performance measurement systems to track progress and identify areas of improvement.

  • Lead cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Champion special projects and digital adoption to improve productivity (Risk Management, website enhancements, process improvements, reporting)

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • Experience in Business Operations / Program Management

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a formal and/or informal role and managing the development and integration of business plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals

  • Experience developing senior executive level presentations / engagement / communications

  • Experience architecting business transformation, optimization projects and/or process improvement methodologies

  • Experience building a team – championing the promotion of services talent by exemplifying the Boeing Values; creating an environment in which others can perform at their best – direct reports, peers and others; delegating in a way that is developmental and challenging; championing new ways of working that will motivate and engage a mobile, technologically fluent, globally distributed workforce

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree

  • Ability to lead through change while demonstrating positive mindset

  • Functional expertise and the ability to manage diverse and complex topics

  • Experience directly supporting and improving operational health & performance of a program and/or organization

Relocation:

This position does not offer relocation.  Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: 119,850 – 162,150
